From our Family to yours, Mythos Brews' coffee & loose-leaf teas created for the next generation of coffee & tea drinkers. Coffee & tea are an integral part of every culture, ‘a daily ritual’ that brings us together. Socializing over your favorite choice of beverage is very much a part of the Greek culture. We want to share this experience with you as a way of sharing our table. In Greek we would say “Filoxeneia”, which translates to ‘friend to a stranger’, the historic approach of Greek hospitality, commonly shared over a cup of coffee in a kafenio! Experienced for centuries, common grounds around the world, gathering of our families & friends, sharing our stories for generations, one cup of Mythos at a time!

Mythos uses arabica coffee beans, this is the most favored bean grown around the world. Arabica beans are known to be more flavorful with a sweeter and smoother taste. They have flavor notes of chocolate with hints of fruit and citrus. Our coffee beans are air roasted. Air roasting suspends the beans in a chamber of hot air, where they are roasted evenly from all sides, resulting in a more consistent roast and a more even extraction of flavor.
